Referral Program Terms

This document is a public offer, separate from and supplementary to our Terms of Service. Joining the referral program in the dashboard means you have read, understood and accepted it in full. Last updated: 18 August 2026. The current version always lives at compreslm.com/app/referral-terms.

1. Who makes this offer

The referral program is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Mikita Valkunovich, registered with the LEPL National Agency of Public Registry of Georgia, identification number 300412284, legal address: Georgia, Tbilisi, Nadzaladevi district, Dadiani Street N34, building 7, building N10 ("we", "us") — the same operator as the CompresLM service itself. Your counterparty under these terms is us, not Paddle and not any customer.

2. What the program is

When you join, you get a personal referral link. When someone opens CompresLM through that link and creates an account within 60 days of the click (the attribution cookie's lifetime; the most recent link clicked wins), that account is attributed to you once, permanently, at the moment it is created. Attribution is never rewritten afterwards.

You earn 10% of every payment we actually receive from an account attributed to you, for payments made within 6 months of that account's registration. After the six months, later payments by the same account earn nothing further.

3. What the commission is based on

The base is the amount of our usage fee the referred account actually paid, as processed by our merchant of record (Paddle) — net of any taxes Paddle collects on top. If a payment is refunded, reversed or charged back, the commission on it is cancelled too: commission exists only on money we get to keep.

Nothing accrues on free-tier usage, bonus tokens, or anything else that does not result in a payment to us.

4. When money becomes withdrawable

Each commission matures 60 days after the underlying payment. Until then it shows in your dashboard as accrued but is not withdrawable — this window exists because the underlying payment can still be refunded or disputed during it.

Once your matured balance reaches $50, you can request a payout from the dashboard. We review and send payouts manually, normally within 10 business days of the request.

5. How we pay

Payouts are sent in USD to Payoneer accounts only. You need your own Payoneer account, in your own name, in a country Payoneer supports; you tell us its email address when joining the program. All Payoneer fees on the receiving side are yours. We cannot send payouts to countries where Payoneer does not operate or where sanctions restrictions apply.

At our discretion we may offer alternative payout methods (for example a bank transfer via Wise, or a credit against your own CompresLM balance) — but the method we commit to under this offer is Payoneer.

6. Who can participate

Anyone with a CompresLM account and a Payoneer account, with one exception driven by Georgian tax law: tax residents of Georgia may participate only as a registered individual entrepreneur or legal entity, not as a private individual. By joining you confirm you meet this requirement.

You participate as an independent party. You are not our employee, agent or representative; you may not make promises on our behalf, negotiate on our behalf, or present yourself as us.

7. Taxes

We are not your tax agent. Referral payouts are your income, and declaring and paying any taxes on them in your country of tax residence is entirely your responsibility. We do not withhold anything from payouts and we do not file anything on your behalf. We issue a payout record (a self-billing document) for each payout, which you can use for your own accounting.

8. What is not allowed

The following void the commissions involved and can end your participation, at our sole discretion:

  • Self-referral — referring accounts you own or control, directly or through others.
  • Spam — unsolicited bulk messaging of any kind carrying your link.
  • Brand bidding — buying search ads on "CompresLM" or confusingly similar terms, or impersonating us in domains or social handles.
  • Misleading claims — promising capabilities, discounts or terms we do not offer.
  • Artificial activity — signups or traffic generated to farm bonuses rather than to use the service.

Where we terminate for a violation, unpaid commissions (matured or not) are forfeited. Where you simply leave the program, or we close it under §10, matured commissions above the minimum are still paid out.

9. Referred accounts' data

Your dashboard shows referred accounts with a masked email, their signup date, the payments that generated commission, and your earnings — enough to verify every cent. We do not disclose referred customers' full identities or usage details to you; they remain our customers under our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and termination

We may amend these terms unilaterally by publishing a new version at this address with a new date; material changes take effect 14 days after publication. The rate and window in force when a referred account registered keep applying to that account's payments. We may suspend or close the program as a whole; commissions already matured are paid out per §4 regardless.

If the service itself is unavailable, no payments happen and therefore no commissions accrue — the same "downtime costs nothing" principle as in our Terms of Service.

11. Disputes

Questions and disputes go to [email protected] first — we answer, and almost everything is resolved there. These terms are governed by the law of Georgia; anything unresolved follows the dispute process of our Terms of Service.
